Cosma
Terms of Service
Effective Date
Conditions of Use
Use of Cosma begins through voluntary submission into its intake or engagement surfaces.
Submission to, or engagement with, Cosma constitutes agreement to these terms.
Engagement Scope
Cosma provides structural diagnostic, resolution, and continuity work.
All submissions and engagements are subject to internal review, fit, and acceptance. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, scheduling, or further engagement.
Published engagement levels may appear publicly. Where a matter exceeds the published ladder, scope is set by condition and continuity requirement. Previous tier selection may be credited toward a higher tier or further scoping when additional work is requested and agreed upon within 10 business days.
Engagement Conditions
Submitted information should be materially accurate to the best of the submitting party’s knowledge.
Cosma may decline, defer, or discontinue a matter where fit, readiness, scope, or operating conditions do not support productive work.
Timing, deliverables, and next steps are determined by the accepted engagement, not by assumption or by generic service expectation.
Liability
Cosma provides structural analysis, diagnostic output, and related engagement materials as professional working objects. Final operational, legal, financial, personnel, and executive decisions remain with the client or submitting party.
Governing Terms
These terms may be updated as Cosma’s public surface, intake structure, and engagement model continue to develop. Continued use of the site or submission into Cosma constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
