What Is Collected

At intake, Cosma Project Studios LLC collects: legal name, email address, optional organization or entity name, a description of the condition submitted for review, and any optional supporting materials uploaded by the submitter. No financial data is stored by Cosma — payment is processed by Stripe.

How It Is Used

Information collected at intake is used solely to prepare and deliver the written structural review. It is not used for marketing, shared with third parties, sold, or published in any form. Internal structural analysis derived from intake content is held in confidence.

Retention

Intake records are retained for a minimum of 12 months following delivery for operational integrity. After that period, records may be archived or deleted at the discretion of Cosma Project Studios LLC.

Third Parties

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Form intake may be routed through Tally. Both services operate under their own privacy policies. No other third-party data sharing occurs.

No Public Disclosure

The content of any submission, the identity of any submitter, and the content of any delivered review are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed, published, or referenced publicly without explicit written consent.
