Refund Policy
Payment terms governing the Structural Clarity Review.
No Refunds After Initiation
Payment for the Structural Clarity Review is non-refundable once the intake form has been submitted and payment has been received. Submission and payment together constitute initiation of the review.
What Initiation Means
Initiation occurs at the moment both conditions are met: the completed intake form is received and payment is confirmed. At that point, the review process has begun and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Pre-Submission Cancellation
If payment has been collected but the intake form has not yet been submitted, contact support within 24 hours for review. Pre-submission refund requests are evaluated individually and are not guaranteed.
No Disputes for Completed Deliverables
By submitting intake and completing payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for a completed or in-progress review. Disputes for completed deliverables are considered a breach of these terms.
